Thrive's products are recognized for their reliability, efficiency, and ability to boost crop yields and quality, serving vertical farms, greenhouses, and cannabis producers worldwide.

Brian has held senior management and design roles across the LED lighting industry, from venture-backed startups to Fortune Global 500 companies, including the Director of Technology at Illumis Lights and Director of Engineering for the LED lighting division of Toyota Tsusho America.
