Joyce Hunter is a globally recognized technology strategist at Mission Critical, advancing the convergence of agriculture, cybersecurity, and digital infrastructure as pillars of the modern bioeconomy. As the Co-Chair of the North American Bioeconomy Data Alliance, she leads collaboration on data frameworks and secure digital ecosystems for precision agriculture.

Joyce served as the Deputy CIO and Interim CIO at the U.S. Department of Agriculture, overseeing modernization of a multi-billion-dollar technology portfolio. A Cyber Defender Award recipient, she champions secure connectivity and resilient next-generation food production.
